By facilitating the meeting of employees with the associative world, Solidaires also aims to provide a complementary response to the permanent and growing needs of actors of the general interest. While sponsorship provides them with valuable financial support, they also need skills and volunteers to accomplish their mission.

Are you an employee of the Crédit Agricole group and do you want to get involved in solidarity actions, on an ad hoc or regular basis? The Solidaires program is made for you! Different engagement formats are offered to you on this site: tutoring, collective missions, pro bono days (you bring your skills for a day to an association ...) ... They allow everyone to engage according to their availability and its skills.

The Solidarity program also allows you to develop an associative project of general interest through the Coups de Pouce scheme. Developed by the entities of the Crédit Agricole S.A. Group, the Coups de Pouce offers financial support to associations in which employees are actively involved. These grants are dedicated to the realization of a specific project led by the association.
