The Sud Ouest Group is one of the main publishers of regional daily press in France. Based in Bordeaux, it publishes titles throughout the southwest part of France, from Charente-Maritime to the Spanish border. The spearhead of the group is the daily newspaper Sud Ouest. The Group has been able to take the Internet turn by equipping itself with a multitude of sites relaying offline information online.
